# Re-Engagement Sequence

For prospects with 6+ months of no contact.
Purpose: check if timing changed. Surface one new capability. Assume nothing.

## Email 1: The Humble Check

**Subject:** Still the right person for [Company] AI decisions.

Hi [Name],

It has been [X] months since we last spoke. I am assuming priorities shifted, or I was replaced by someone more useful.

Either way, one brief check: does [Company] still evaluate private AI deployment, or is that initiative parked for now.

If parked, I will close the file. If active under someone else, point me in the right direction. If you are still the contact and the timing changed, there is one new capability worth 2 minutes.

## Email 2: One New Capability (If reply or opens but no reply)

**Subject:** The update: multi-department isolation

Hi [Name],

Since we last spoke, Oction Labs added native multi-tenant isolation. One deployment, eight department knowledge pools, zero cross-contamination.

Relevant if [Company] has [Finance, Legal, Ops, or multiple business units] that need separate access to the same infrastructure.

Previous proposal assumed single-tenant. If the multi-department model changes the math, I can rescore the scope in 48 hours.

No pressure. Reply if it fits.

## Email 3: The Clean Close (no reply after 14 days)

**Subject:** Closing the file

Hi [Name],

No reply on my end. I am closing the [Company] file to keep the pipeline honest.

If AI infrastructure comes back on your radar in the next 12 months, the door is open. Reach out directly.

## Notes for Sales Team

- Lead with humility. Six months of silence earns you zero presumption.
- The "one new capability" must be real and documented. No vaporware.
- If the prospect forwards you to a new contact, treat that as a warm intro. Send a fresh sequence from scratch.
- If the prospect replies "still not now," move them to the warm nurture sequence for another 6 months.
- Single-word subjects are acceptable. Better short than padded.
